How to Use
Glide the eyeliner pencil gently along the top and/or bottom of your lash line and/or inside of your eye waterline for an intense look as preferred. Use your Angled Eyeliner Brush N°11 and Pointed Eyeliner Brush N°08 (sold separately) to buff out eye eyeliner and/or blend product and diffuse upwards to create an ombre eyeliner look.
