Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This promotion is run by 118 Jewellery (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
   Entries open upon publication of the giveaway post and close on 10 December 2025 at 11:59PM AEDT (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility
   This giveaway is open worldwide. Entrants must have a valid Instagram account. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
   To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Like the designated giveaway post on Instagram; and

• Comment their favourite love-heart emoji on the same post.

Each separate love-heart emoji comment counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

5. Prizes
   Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $100 AUD 118 Jewellery Gift Card.
   Gift cards are valid exclusively at www.118jewellery.com, are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to standard gift card terms. The minimum order spend is $150AUD to apply the $100 deduction off the total order value, excluding any shipping costs and taxes, where applicable.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement
   Winners will be randomly selected and announced on 11 December 2025 via the official 118 Jewellery Instagram account.
   Winners will also be contacted directly via Instagram direct message. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

7. Verification
   The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

8. Instagram Disclaimer
   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability
   The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays beyond its control. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the promotion or acceptance of a prize.

10. Privacy
    Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

11. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances arise outside its control.
