Refunds
All product sales, including gift cards are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products in which a refund can be initiated. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. Please email us at info@118jewellery.com to initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date, including your order number with a photo and video of your damaged product.
All items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (ensure you receive tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, upon inspection and approval, the refund will be initiated via store credit or returned via original payment method.
Return to Sender Policy
If a parcel is returned to our studio due to an incorrect or restricted delivery address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal upon delivery, refunds will not be issued. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will notify you and hold the parcel for 7 days. If we do not receive a response within this period, a store credit will automatically be issued to you.
Vintage Jewellery
Vintage pendants and chains may show signs of wear due to their age and history. Please review product descriptions and images carefully prior to making a purchase. We strive to provide accurate details regarding the condition of each vintage item. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.
Handmade Jewellery
While each piece is designed and crafted with precision and care, please note that certain subtle signs of manufacturing process may be visible, including slight variations in surface texture, small tool marks or small imperfections that naturally occur throughout our jewellery production. Note these features are not defects but rather form part of the charm and character of our unique handmade jewellery making each piece one of a kind.
