118 Jewellery ships to most countries worldwide. Orders are packaged and shipped from Sydney, Australia. Allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped.

Delivery Timeframes 
All orders are shipped on a weekday and will deliver anywhere between 1-4 business days for most states within Australia. In regional and remote areas, and holiday season, delivery to final destinations may take longer. International orders may take six to thirty days, depending on the destination.  

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out over the following business day (Monday – Friday). Note all delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including custom clearances, shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Shipping Fees
Australia orders - for any orders shipped within Australia, a flat rate delivery fee of $7.99 applies. Complimentary delivery will be applied on orders over $150. The complimentary delivery threshold for Australia is calculated after any discounts have been applied, and before any taxes, duties or fees.
International orders - delivery fees are calculated throughout the checkout process and is based on the total weight of your order and destination of delivery.

Shipping to United States
We ship to the U.S via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all applicable duties and taxes are paid upfront to ensure a seamless delivery with no extra charges upon delivery. Please note, shipping rates and duties are subject to change in accordance with current U.S laws and in the event of variance of fees, costs may be recalculated and the difference will be charged to the customer for payment prior to shipment

Duties and Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. For U.S. shipments, these charges are calculated and paid upfront via our DDP service. For other countries, fees are not included in the order total and often cannot be estimated in advance. 118 Jewellery does not cover or refund these charges. Failure to pay any applicable fees may result in shipment delays. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to confirm any potential charges.
